Our meats are cooked low and slow daily so you're
never served day-old barbecue. Because of this, we do run
out of meats occasionally and may close early.

Our smoker, the J&R Oyler 1300, or more affectionately known to us as ‘Lucille’, is a custom built smoker from Mesquite, Texas that holds 1800 pounds of meat per cook cycle. We choose this smoker because it is one of the only smokers that does not rely on gas to provide additional power. This smoker is fueled by wood and wood only. You won’t get any of the ‘gassy’ taste left by other smokers, instead, you will taste barbecue the way it was meant to be. Our meats are smoked using locally sourced cherry, apple, white oak, hickory and sugar maple, which gives our meat a unique, smoky flavor, without being overpowering. We are obviously proud of our giant, red smoker, that’s why we chose to prominently display it for all of our guests to see.
